COVID-19: Protocols For Treatment
Dear Cantu Customers,
As we follow the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities will always remain our top priority. I am reaching out to you personally to let you know what we are doing to maintain our safety standards and serve your family safely and without interruption.
These enhanced safety protocols are as follow:
Prior to your service appointment, our staff will notify you the day before your service day via phone, email, and text to confirm your appointment as we normally do. If you require an interior service, please let us know if anyone in your residence is ill with viral symptoms. If so, we will only perform exterior service to keep your property protected. There is no need to enter your home. If entry to your home is required or requested, it can be done with little or no human contact.
When servicing the inside of your home our employees are equipped with PPE (personal protective equipment) such as facemask respirator, goggles, gloves, shoe covers and waste bags with ties.
You can also be assured that our associates are taking already existing health precautions such as regular handwashing and other measures directed by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In addition, our associates know that we take their health and well-being as serious as yours and have been advised to stay home if they feel ill.
We are following closely guidelines from the centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and all other local and federal health officials. We are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and associates as the situation evolves.
