This allows us to identify the type of rodent that has gotten into your home, as well as the entry points they are using. Based on the findings of our inspection, we’ll suggest a course of treatment that will work best for your particular circumstances. This can include several different service options.

Rodent Trapping

We’ll set traps in attics, garages, and other necessary areas, keeping your family’s safety in mind. Depending on the situation, we’ll return to your home every three to five days to check the traps, remove any rodents, and reset the traps. We’ll continue this process until the rodent infestation is gone.

Rodent Baiting

If deemed necessary after a rodent inspection, we also offer baiting services. We will set up bait boxes around your property and check them on a regular basis.

Rodent Exclusion

In order to keep rodents out, you must seal the entry points where they were getting inside. We provide exclusion work to both ground-level and rooftop areas. This service comes with a warranty. We will do annual inspections, and if our work needs any repairs, we will perform them free of charge. If new points of entry are discovered during an inspection, we’ll bring them to your attention so that you can decide how you wish to proceed. If there are repairs necessary that are outside our scope, we will refer you to a qualified contractor.
